What if you were driving across a railroad crossing, just as the bells started going off, and you just decided to stop the car, right in the middle of it?
What if you went to get the mail while in the middle of a polar vortex, thinking you were only going out for a second so you dressed light, but you lay down instead of bothering to go back inside?
What if you just sat on the couch for as long as it takes- I think it takes around two weeks- literally never moving, not to eat, not to drink, not to relieve yourself, until you didn’t need to do any of them anymore?
It doesn’t even have to take any effort- sometimes it’s as simple as letting go.
